£100 million will be spent redeveloping St Mellion to include a new 80 bedroom four star standard hotel, 265 golf homes and refurbished resort facilities in addition to the work already in progress on the Jack Nicklaus Signature Course.

St Mellion International Resort will become an iconic Cornish venue.
